What is a Leadership Gift?

A Leadership Gift is a Membership Gift that goes above and beyond. Leadership Donors are visionaries who incorporate their annual gifts into a tzedakah contribution to enable us to provide assistance for others. Please consider becoming part of our Leadership Community.

How do I become a Leadership Donor?

You may choose one of the Leadership Levels below  when you are renewing your membership either online or via the paper form.

Why don’t regular membership gifts fully cover our costs?

Leadership Gifts help bridge the significant gap between membership gifts and actual operating costs. The Standard Membership Gift Level is reflective of the actual costs of supporting a member unit.  If you are able to contribute that amount it would be greatly appreciated.  These gifts also ensure that the synagogue never has to refuse membership to anyone who wants to be a part of our community, whatever their financial means. 

How do we recognize Temple Beth Or Leadership Gifts?

Your Leadership Gift will be greatly appreciated and recognized on an Annual Donor Wall in the lobby at the giving levels listed below. All Leadership Donors (regardless of level) will be recognized in the newsletter and on the TBO Website. If you wish your gift to be anonymous, we will honor that request as well.

All Leadership Donor members receive an invitation to a special donor appreciation event in the spring. Additional benefits vary for each gift level and are listed below. Etz Chaim (Trees of Life): $10,000 and above
Complimentary Religious School Tuition
Reserved High Holy Day parking
Complementary access to all TBO sponsored events and programs
Unlimited High Holy Day Family Passes

L'Chaim (Life Givers): $7,500 - $9,999
Reserved High Holy Day parking

B'ruchim (Blessers): $5,000 - $7,499
